Interview in The Strad online
Check out this article in The Strad online about the i = u festival, which i’m curating along with Eugene Feygelson and MIchael Dylan Ferrara in London in September. The concerts and workshop stake place over 10 days at Guest Projects gallery in Hackney/East London. Somewhere in there is a performance of my piece “Etiquette” for solo violin, as well as a performance by my rock orchestra, the Burning City Orchestra, and I get to sit in with the 12 Ensemble, a conductor-less string orchestra. I’ll be playing double bass II on a Arvo Pärt’s ‘Cantus in Memoriam Benjamin Britten.’
